Neon Mayor
Neon Mayor is a free 3D city builder that runs right in your browser. You start where the highway meets an empty green valley by a river. Draw streets, avenues and boulevards, lay rail and maglev lines with stations, and zone the land for suburban homes, apartments, high-rise towers, shops and offices. Nobody places the buildings for you, and you don't have to: when people want to move in, houses, shops and towers rise by themselves, and they grow taller as parks, playgrounds, water and stations make the land worth more. Taxes pay for the roads and parks, traffic jams make people grumpy, and the city never ends, so you can keep building something you're proud of.
The city lives through its own days and nights, four seasons and changing weather: sunny afternoons, rain that makes the roads shine, thunderstorms, fog and snowy winters. When you're done building, ride one of your own trains, drive a boat around the lakes, fly a drone between the towers or take a picture in photo mode.

Tips
- Join the highway first. People arrive by the highway on the left, so every road needs to connect back to it.
- Mix homes and jobs. Homes need shops and offices nearby for work. The two bars at the top show what your city wants more of.
- Parks make skyscrapers. Parks, water and stations raise land value and happiness, and that is what grows little buildings into tall ones.
- Watch the traffic. Look β Traffic shows jammed roads in red. Upgrade them, add another way round, or build a train station.
- New here? Menu β How to Play walks you through your first neighbourhood.
