1. Using the site

BoredKid.com is a free entertainment site. You may play the games and view the leaderboards for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it; use bots, scripts, or other automated means to play games, submit scores, or scrape content; or copy, sell, or redistribute the games or site content without permission.

2. Leaderboards and display names

Scores and display names you submit are shown publicly. You agree that any name you submit will not be offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading, will not impersonate anyone, and will not contain personal information such as a real full name, email address, phone number, or social media handle. You agree not to submit scores obtained through cheating, exploits, or automation. We may remove any entry, and block submissions, at our discretion and without notice.

3. Ownership

The site, its design, and the games created for it are owned by BoredKid.com and protected by copyright and other laws. Names, logos, and trademarks of other companies that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation with or endorsement by them is implied.

We respect the rights of others. If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice" that includes: (a) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (b) the URL of the material on this site; (c) your name, address, phone number, and email; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material.

We may change these Terms or the site at any time. The effective date above shows when the Terms were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
